UX Work
This was a sitemap project taken on for my Information Architecture course. I was tasked with digesting and understanding the way the Fabric of Digital Life website worked, and interpreting that information into a sitemap. The website is a repository of thousands of different “artifacts”, so it took some time to familiarize myself with how all the pages and articles were connected. Below is a partial screenshot of the sitemap I came up with. I used the online tool, Miro, to create my sitemap. To access and explore the sitemap in its entirety, follow this link.

This project was a usability test and subsequent reporting on the popular food delivery platform, DoorDash. This report was conducted for my Usability Studies course. Myself and two other classmates recruited 7 participants to take part in remote or in-person usability tests. The usability tests consisted of each participant completing the task of ordering a specific, complicated order from a designated Taco Bell. The key findings from this study are as follows:
There is a need for easier search functionality and categorization to find a restaurant on the app.
There is too much promotional information - takes up too much room from finding restaurants on the app.
The cart was confusing to find on the app.
The full report can be viewed by following this link.
